In Argentina, there are many
species that provide hunters the possibility of practicing this type of
hunting. The more prominent species are: partridge, duck, hare and dove. In some regions, hare and dove do not have a
shooting limit given that they are considered plagues. These two species are
more commonly found in agricultural areas.

Cordoba is considered the best
place in the world for dove shooting. In the last ten years, Cordoba province
has become the world's most visited destination for dove shooters. The great
variety of birds in local sown fields allows hunters to practice any kind of
shot. Shooters generally use two guns and a recharger so as to prevent the heating
of the tube, given that it is possible to shoot around 1000 shots in a single
morning. The shooting is carried out near their roosts and sown fields.
